This beautiful hotel was run by the very good staff. The rooms were large, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The pool was a great feature and provided a refreshing respite from the heat. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the front desk ladies who assisted me in finding a rental and organizing a scuba diving excursion. It was convenient that the rental and diving sales representatives came to the hotel, making it easy to arrange these activities.

The location was not ideal as it was far from any beaches or access to the sea. It required renting a vehicle or taking a taxi to reach a beach, which added extra expenses to the trip.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the large room. Gorgeous breakfast with a wide array of food, VERY GOOD staff. Easy check-in, parking nearby. Very clean pool to relax in too.

Satellite television, climate control and a dining area inside the family room were handy. Plenty of food items served for lovely breakfast. The place had a family atmosphere.

The room we had included climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a seating area. Location: the hotel was not far from the centre of Cozumel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located between the airport and the beach. The peaceful atmosphere allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay. Although there were some mosquitoes, I came prepared with bug spray. The clean room and comfortable bed provided me with a good night's sleep. There was also a TV with multiple channels, which was a nice bonus. Additionally, the hotel had a pool, albeit a bit chilly, but it was still refreshing. I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Bello Caribe.

The room was reasonably large with a private bathroom.

I had a comfortable stay at a hotel outside the main tourist area. The bed was cozy and the shower had comfortably warm water. The hotel provided 2 bottles of water daily. I also appreciated the presence of security cameras throughout the premises. While the breakfast included was small, there were great taquerias nearby and a couple of large grocery stores. it was a relaxing experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
